Our Terms and Conditions — the Short, Readable Version

What this page is

This is a readable summary of the rules your account runs on, written so that the clauses which actually affect a player are visible without a magnifying glass. The full terms sit inside the account and are the binding version; where a detail here and a clause there ever diverge, the clause governs. Everything on this page is checked against the current terms, and terms attached to promotions move more often than the rest — verify anything time-sensitive in the account before you rely on it.

Your account

One account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. A duplicate is closed and any bonus balance on it removed. You register in your own name, with your own documents and your own payment method; an account funded by someone else's card is a closed account.

You must be 18. Age is verified before your first withdrawal, along with identity and address, and no payout is released until that check clears. The check happens once.

Currency is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Australian players should take AUD; a mismatched wallet costs a conversion on every movement in and out.

Bonuses and wagering

The welcome package arms across four deposits — 125% to AU$2,000, then 100% to AU$1,500, 100% to AU$1,000, and 80% to AU$1,000 — with 125 free spins on Wolf Saga attached to the first. The minimum deposit that arms any rung is AU$20.

Wagering on deposit-match bonuses is 50x the bonus amount. Pokies move the turnover counter in full or close to it; table games, video poker and the live floor contribute little or nothing. Bonus winnings convert to withdrawable cash up to a ceiling — AU$5,000, or six times the total of the four deposits, depending on which applies to your case.

The 20 sign-up spins carry 50x wagering and convert to a maximum of AU$200. Rungs run in order and do not stack; a deposit made while a bonus is live arms the next rung rather than topping up the current one. Bonus abuse — duplicate accounts, coordinated play, deliberate low-risk betting to clear turnover — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

Deposits start at AU$10 for cards, PayID, Neosurf and crypto, and AU$20 for bank transfer. Withdrawals start at AU$20 and are capped at AU$10,000 in any seven-day period; loyalty tiers raise that ceiling. Every request enters a review of up to 24 hours before the payment rail takes over.

Money returns by the route it arrived on wherever possible. PayID and Neosurf are deposit-only rails, so a balance funded through them leaves by card, bank transfer or crypto. We charge no withdrawal fee; an intermediary bank or a blockchain network may charge its own.

A balance still carrying bonus wagering will not be paid out. Clear the turnover, or forfeit the bonus and withdraw the cash portion — both are legitimate, and the cashier will tell you which applies.

Fair play, and the things that close an account

Games are RNG-tested builds supplied by their studios; neither we nor you can influence an outcome. Attempts to do so — automated play, exploiting a software fault rather than reporting it, or collusion at a live table — end the account and the balance on it.

We may suspend an account to complete an identity or source-of-funds check, and we will say so rather than leaving a request in silence. Beyond that, we do not close accounts for winning, and we do not apply a limit to a player because their luck held. If you want the wider picture of how the casino operates, start on the homepage.
